Order Confirmation and Shipment
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Stocked items will be typically processed in 1–2 business days (maximum of 5 business days for some products) and submitted for shipment.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@divinox.net.
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the USA.

Our average free shipping time is 12 to 24 business days.
Please, note this is only true for most locations in the lower 48 contiguous states.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product can be delivered to the desired location, otherwise, they will be responsible for any charges over the original cost of delivery. If a truck is involved in the delivery, it will get as close to the selected location as possible. The customer is also responsible for checking delivery rules with property management.
It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that they can receive their order once the shipping company contacts them to schedule a delivery. If the delivery company is unable to contact the customer to schedule a delivery appointment (we will make every attempt to contact you via phone and email) - storage fees will be applied for 3 days (although it might vary), after 3 days of being unable to reach the customer for delivery, we will instruct the shipping company to ship back the products to the manufacturer in order to avoid further storage fees. The customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways, restocking fees, and storage fees.
Any and all fees associated with missed delivery appointments and unwarranted product refusals will be automatically billed to the customer’s card on form. If the card on form cannot be billed, the customer agrees to send a money order or be turned over to collections.

Terms of return and exchange of goods
Return or exchange of goods is possible within 30 days from the moment of receipt by the buyer.
The buyer has the right:
1. Exchange goods of proper and improper quality.
2. Return goods of proper and improper quality.
Which goods of proper quality are subject to exchange:
1. Goods that have a receipt.
2. Goods in original packaging with preserved tags and labels, which have not been used.
3. Goods that have been purchased within 30 days.
Which goods of improper quality are subject to exchange:
A good of improper quality has such shortcomings that make its use for its intended purpose impossible.
The buyer has the right to return/exchange his order as a good of improper quality if he received:
1. A good that has already been used
2. A defective good
3. A good with an incomplete set
4. A good with damage (scratches, stains, deformed).
5. Goods with a defect/incorrect configuration (goods that you did not order, or the size does not match the ordered one) must be returned to us with the original labels and in the original packaging.
Procedure for returning and exchanging goods of proper and improper quality:
1. Notify us of your intention to return the paid goods by calling 38 099 268 50 42 or writing to support@divinox.net.
2. Provide the order number of the sent parcel and the bank card number for a refund;
3. After receiving the goods within 30 business days, we will refund your money or another product.
4. Return shipping for returning goods of proper quality is paid by the buyer. Return shipping for returning goods of improper quality is paid by the seller.
